Every hover on the site
Each interaction below is a live example rendered with the real classes, so hovering here shows exactly what the site does. Tell me per item whether to keep it, change it, or remove it, and I’ll standardise across the site. hover the examples ↑
1 · Cards — Icon Bloom
The unified card hover: lift + soft shadow, the icon chip fills orange and a ring blooms out once. Used on technique cards, why/partnership cards, help cards, catalog domain cards, brands-by-domain groups.
Real-Time PCR
Lift, icon fill, ring bloom.
Icon-less cards
No icon to bloom, so the tag chip fills + rings instead, plus the lift.
2 · Buttons
Primary (orange, darkens + shadow), dark (charcoal), ghost (outline → fill), secondary Contact. The header Request-a-Quote also has a cursor-follow sheen (shown in group 6).
3 · Links
The arrow-link (arrow slides right, text warms), breadcrumb links, and inline prose links (underline).
4 · Chips, segments & filters
Removable chips (active filters), the segmented control (regulatory status / sort), and sidebar facet checkboxes. Several of these overlap — candidates to standardise.
5 · Icon buttons
Square icon buttons (search, close, menu toggle) — background tint on hover.
6 · Header & mega menu
The header CTA has a cursor-follow sheen; nav items, mega-menu column heads, quick-links and the util-bar phone all have their own hovers. These live inside the real header at the top of this page — hover the site header to review them in place.
7 · Images
Catalog card photos zoom slightly; product-card media zoom; brand logos go grayscale → colour. (These sit inside their cards on the live pages.)
8 · List / navigator rows
Category-navigator rows and mega-menu category rows: background tint + arrow/padding nudge. Overlap candidate.
9 · Product options (capacity cards)
The packaging selector: capacity cards, hover raises + border warms, selected fills orange with a tick.
Tell me for each group: keep as-is, unify to one behaviour, or remove. I’ll then standardise the interaction system across the site.
